OUR LADY AS CO-REDEPMTRIX , MEDIATRIX AND ADVOCATE

Today friday August 22nd is the queenship of the blessed virgin, there is no woman like her on earth and in heavens above. we need to put more our trust in her as she is our shortcut to Jesus. She keeps coming at the hill of Borg in-nadur and to our sister island gozo. to ask us for conversion, and for conversion in the families. she is advising us as a dear mother to pray the rosary for peace in the world and to avoid natural disasters. only by listening to her, prayers and do our best to change our lives that we are able to see results. below we will see some of the teachings of late Pope John II, to really appreciate our heavenly mum.

1985: Pope John Paul II recognized Mary as co-redemptrix" during a speech in Guayaquil, Ecuador. He said, in part, "Having suffered for the Church, Mary deserved to become the Mother of all the disciples of her Son, the Mother of their unity...In fact Mary’s role as Co-redemptrix did not cease with the glorification of her Son."

1987-MAR-25: In his encyclical Redemptoris Mater, Pope John Paul II states
11. In the salvific design of the Most Holy Trinity, the mystery of the Incarnation constitutes the superabundant fulfillment of the promise made by God to man after original sin, after that first sin whose effects oppress the whole earthly history of man (cf. Gen. 3:15). And so, there comes into the world a Son, "the seed of the woman" who will crush the evil of sin in its very origins: "he will crush the head of the serpent." As we see from the words of the Protogospel, the victory of the woman's Son will not take place without a hard struggle, a struggle that is to extend through the whole of human history. The "enmity," foretold at the beginning, is confirmed in the Apocalypse (the book of the final events of the Church and the world), in which there recurs the sign of the "woman," this time "clothed with the sun" (Rev. 12:1).
Mary, Mother of the Incarnate Word, is placed at the very center of that enmity, that struggle which accompanies the history of humanity on earth and the history of salvation itself. In this central place, she who belongs to the "weak and poor of the Lord" bears in herself, like no other member of the human race, that "glory of grace" which the Father "has bestowed on us in his beloved Son," and this grace determines the extraordinary greatness and beauty of her whole being. Mary thus remains before God, and also before the whole of humanity, as the unchangeable and inviolable sign of God's election, spoken of in Paul's letter: "in Christ...he chose us...before the foundation of the world,...he destined us...to be his sons" (Eph. 1:4, 5). This election is more powerful than any experience of evil and sin, than all that "enmity" which marks the history of man. In this history Mary remains a sign of sure hope.

1997-APR-9: During an audience Pope John-Paul II referred to the role of Mary during the crucifixion of Jesus: "Mary … co-operated during the event itself and in the role of mother; thus her co-operation embraces the whole of Christ’s saving work. She alone was associated in this way with the redemptive sacrifice that merited the salvation of all mankind. In union with Christ and in submission to him, she collaborated in obtaining the grace of salvation for all humanity...In God’s plan, Mary is the ‘woman’ (cf. John 2:4; John 19:26), the New Eve, united to the New Adam in restoring humanity to its original dignity. Her cooperation with her Son continues for all time in the universal motherhood which she enjoys in the order of grace. Trusting in this maternal cooperation, let us turn to Mary, imploring her help in all our needs."

THE TOOLS

The tools to live as Jesus lived are the daily Eucharist, reading the word of God, and reciting the holy rosary.

Every Wednesday our lady of Borg in-nadur is giving us Divine messages, she is speaking of conversion in the world, she is telling us to pray the rosary to bring peace and conversion in the world.

GOD IS LOVE

Jesus showed us the way for a perfect love for one another, to really love is to serve and forget yourself, to give unconditional love.
unfortunately humanity is in crisis because it is giving a selfish love based on the pleasure of satisfying the individual selfish needs.
we should all strive to love and serve one another as Jesus showed us. God constantly wants to love and embrace us, he wants to teach us his ways...so that we may have life in us...and life in abundance. whatever the situation that we are passing through at the moment, we must never forget that God Loves us and he wants the best for us, he promised that he will never leave us, cf
Hebrews 13:5 . . . God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”
prayer: I know lord you want me to be your witness of this love ,help me so that I will be able to give generously....without wanting nothing in return.
